A file is rarely “one ESPA call only”. The same dossier may concern a KAD on a Competitiveness action, an open DYPA programme, a Greece 2.0 call or a Development Law cycle.
That is why we do not stop at espa.gr. We pull public files from OPSKE, Competitiveness, DYPA, greece20.gov.gr, the private-investment portal, agrotikianaptixi.gr and HDB programmes, plus PEP.
A TEPIX loan is not an ESPA grant. An open DYPA action is not a CAP call. The answer should say which file it came from.
The app is for Greece. Other countries enter when they have their own official files.
